AI Photo with a Celebrity: A Just-for-Fun Selfie with Your Idol

Upload your photo and your idol's, pick a scene, and AI puts you in one shot at a premiere, over coffee or at a meet-and-greet. Every example here uses stock people and AI-made "stars".

Most fans never get the photo. The tour skips your city, meet-and-greet passes sell out in minutes, and at the stage door you're twenty people back. Photo with a Celebrity on ImageGPT makes the shot you didn't get — for you and your friends, not for the internet to mistake for the real thing.

You upload your photo and a photo of your idol, pick a scene, and get one picture of the two of you together. It's a toy, and it comes with rules, covered below.

There are no real celebrities in this article. The "actor" and the "singer" are people who don't exist, generated by AI, and their "fans" come from stock photos.

Example: a premiere selfie and a coffee

We took a stock photo of a man in a white T-shirt in a park and a photo of an "actor" in a tuxedo on a red carpet, and chose Selfie together. Nano Banana 2 put them cheek to cheek in front of a press wall and photographers, keeping both faces, the grey hair, the beard and both outfits. The same two photos with Over coffee gave a café shot — this time AI swapped the tuxedo for a blazer to suit the scene.

The scenes

  • Selfie together — an arm's-length selfie at a premiere, red carpet and camera flashes behind.
  • Backstage — after the show, flight cases and a mirror ringed with bulbs.
  • Red carpet — posing side by side at the press wall.
  • At a concert — your idol leans down from the stage to you in the front row.
  • Over coffee — at a small café table, like a friend snapped it.
  • At a match — in the stands of a stadium, both in fan scarves.
  • Autograph — your idol signs a photo for you at a fan meeting.
  • My own scene — describe it in up to 200 characters.

Any preset takes extra details in the Details field, like "at a film festival in Cannes, both in sunglasses".

Which photos work

  • The face is clearly visible, facing the camera or at a slight angle, one person in the frame.
  • No dark sunglasses, masks or heavy filters — they cost you the likeness.
  • For your idol, a portrait, a concert shot or a red-carpet photo where the face is big and sharp.
  • The two photos can have different lighting: AI matches the light and color to the scene.

Step by step

  1. Open Photo with a Celebrity.
  2. Upload your picture under Your photo and your idol's under Photo of the celebrity.
  3. Pick a scene, or My own scene and describe it.
  4. Add details if you like and choose one or two variants.
  5. Tick "This photo is for personal fun only. I won't use it in ads or pass it off as a real photo." — the photo isn't made without it.
  6. Click Create photo.

What the tool won't make

Before any credits are spent, an AI model checks both photos and the scene text. The request is declined if:

  • the second photo shows a politician, a head of state or government, a royal or a high-ranking official — any country, current or former;
  • either photo shows nudity, underwear or sexual content;
  • the scene is intimate (kissing, in bed), violent, criminal, humiliating or compromising, involves drugs, or is political — rallies, campaigns, government.

A declined request costs nothing. If the check passes but Nano Banana 2 refuses or fails, the tool tries FLUX 3. If that fails too, the credits for the photo are returned automatically.

Keep it fun, keep it honest

The checkbox isn't a formality. Don't use these photos in ads and don't present them as a real meeting — it misleads people and can hurt the person in the picture. Show it to friends, keep it as a souvenir, give it to a fellow fan as a joke. And if you post it anywhere, say plainly that it was made with AI.

Pricing

10 credits per photo, 20 credits for two variants. Declined requests are free, and photos that fail are refunded. New accounts get 6 free credits.

Upload two photos, pick a scene and see yourself next to your idol.
