A minute of phone video can run to hundreds of megabytes, too big to send or upload. Add a clip above and pick a goal: “Telegram” is 720p at good quality, “WhatsApp” fits 16 MB, “Email” fits 24 MB (Gmail caps attachments at 25 MB), “Web” is 1080p and “Strong” is 480p for the smallest file.
Need an exact size, say for Discord or an upload form? Choose “Custom size” and enter the megabytes: the bitrate is calculated from the clip's length. If the target is impossible without ruining the video (an hour into 10 MB), you'll get a warning.
Video is compressed to H.264, which every phone, browser and app plays. Short clips are usually compressed right in your browser; if the browser can't manage, our server takes over.
