A good listing is facts in the right order: what the home is, what makes it stand out, what is around it and the terms. Writing one for every property takes time, and buyers have learned to skip «stunning» and «must see».
Paste what you know — beds and baths, square footage, year built, updates, parking, HOA — and optionally add up to six photos. You get a title and public remarks for a listing site, or a post for Instagram and Facebook. From the photos the text only takes what is clearly visible, like a bright kitchen or a walk-in closet.
The writer never invents numbers, distances, schools or legal status, follows Fair Housing wording and leaves out anything about who should live there. Under the text you get short highlights for photo captions and a list of facts buyers usually ask about that you did not give.
