Use 1920×600 for a slider and 1920×1080 for a full-screen hero. If the banner gets cropped on phones, add a square or a 1080×1350 portrait for the mobile version.
Pictures are drawn by GPT Image 2.5, Nano Banana, Seedream or FLUX; you pick the model before you start. For shapes the main picture doesn't have, the AI extends its edges, so nothing important gets cropped.
